Weâre sure youâve heardđthis before....âA goal without a plan, is just a wish!â Before you know it, youâll be walkingđ¶ into 2019. A new year, a fresh start, a whole new 365 days to make it happen! So whatâs your plan? What does 2019 look like for your business?
Now before you answer that, we know that you want to be the next best _________ (fill in your industry) but what steps are you taking to get there? Be specific about your goals! Donât just set a 5 year plan, what does that look like on a yearly basis, a monthly basis, a weekly basis, even a DAILY basis! Letâs break that big goal down into bite size, attainable pieces and conquer them!
Start today, be specific about your goals! If itâs a revenue goal, how much can you make daily to reach your year end goal? If itâs appointments, how many should you set a week? This will help keep you focused!
Building a performance-driven culture all starts with being very specific about your goals!
