As an entrepreneur, it is imperative that you learn the power of listening... Although all opinions aren’t good opinions, it is still important to have a healthy balance of listening to what others have to say. Whether that’s friends, family, experts...you should be a sponge and absorb everything.
Think of it this way, these people are your prototype. Do they like your ideas? Do they like your products and/or services? Do they find them beneficial? Encourage your support system to be honest with you because it could be a reflection of how consumers will react.
Lastly, accept the advice from experts in your field or business arena and veteran entrepreneurs. They know what it takes and what works. Listen to their advice, and learn from their mistakes.
